 Bluetek Unlimited LLC has a team of experts with decades of experience that’s specialize in both the demolition and remediation industry. 


We have successfully completed projects with various general contractors throughout Southern and Central California such as Judicial Council Courthouse buildings, Detention Centers, Police Departments, Libraries, Public Park Recreational Areas, County Medical Facilities, Airports, Multi Family Buildings, and Retail Spaces. 

Eduardo Zepeda | President

Our President has 13 years of experience in the demolition, abatement, and remediation industry and has excelled as a Field Technician, Estimator, Senior Estimator and now President/Senior Estimator/Owner of Bluetek Unlimited LLC. 

Rafael Sanchez Jr. | Vice President

 Our Vice President has 10 years of experience in the demolition and remediation industry and has excelled as a Field Technician, Operations Manager, and now Vice President/Operations Manager/Owner of Bluetek Unlimited LLC. 

Aaron Zepeda | Senior Project Manager

Our Superintendent has 14 years of experience in the demolition and remediation industry and has excelled as a Field Technician,  Superintendent and now Senior Project Manager/Owner of Bluetek Unlimited LLC.
